Cyberjunk - Episode 2
I wish I had more than a couple hours to devote to each update. There are always things that I really would have liked to work on more, or do better, but between studies and work, I just don't have the time.
Anyhow, I've finally gotten around to updating the website style. I've wanted the black background with white text ever since the comic's start, but due to a lack of knowledge of HTML, it wasn't easy. The default DD styles didn't offer that option (at the time, at least; haven't checked since). So I've finally MacGyvered together the HTML to get things looking almost the way I want them.
About Episode 2, it's likely not conveyed very well, but Cobalt is gearing up throughout the pages. Page 1, she just finished putting on leg armor. Page 2, she's pushing her hair back so she could equip her helmet. Page 3, she's grabbing her helmet, and we're seeing the back of it (with the Cobalt 60 symbol) .
One last piece of business:
To reiterate, regular Ninja Shizatch updates on Fridays, whereas the spin-off, Cyberjunk, updates on Mondays. There are two reasons I didn't want to make Cyberjunk an entirely separate comic: 1. I'd have to rebuild readership for Cyberjunk, and then have two separate comics to work at advertising, and 2. Cyberjunk is still, essentially, Ninja Shizatch. It features the same cast of characters, just in a sci-fi universe. Their personalities will be identical, and even their back stories will be similar, so regardless of whether you're looking at him in Ninja Shizatch or Cyberjunk, Silver will still be Silver.
Ninja Shizatch will always have the NS pulsing header, and be the dimensions of a regular, paperback comic, whereas Cyberjunk will not have the pulsing header, and will be sized to fit in your screen.

man in black, JeanSeishin: Thanks for rating. JustNoPoint: Yeah I understand why most people would generally make it as a separate comic. If I had more control over the page's layout, I would have the two separated under one webpage. Thanks for the suggestions. Naughtelos: Thanks for the comment. DAJB: Thank you. Aurora Moon: Thanks a lot; was trying to use the lightning to evoke a certain effect. MonkeyHood: If you could give me the proper code to make bullets, I'd be glad to use them henceforth. drake438: Heh glad you liked it! Lord J: Indeed; thanks for commenting. slimredninja: Thanks bro. OfftheGrid: Thanks!

Blah, must read your entire comments. Or use bullet points. Chunks of text are EVIL!
Lord J at 3:16PM, Oct. 14, 2008
"Depopulation of unwanted organisms", the nice way of describing your work if you're an assassin.
drake438 at 11:40AM, Oct. 14, 2008
humans call us elf, but thats fine, we call them homo! ahahaha
MonkeyHood at 9:44AM, Oct. 14, 2008
The third panel. Is that a view of the inside of the mask? Or is that an assassin looking at her?
Aurora Moon at 3:32AM, Oct. 14, 2008
I'm totally in love with the lighting and the shading.
DAJB at 12:07AM, Oct. 14, 2008
Very nice.
Naughtelos at 9:02PM, Oct. 13, 2008
That's a purty nifty helmet raight thar.
JustNoPoint at 8:34PM, Oct. 13, 2008
Still think it would be a good idea to separate them. But your reasonings are prudent. Especially the part about them being the same cast. Does she still refer to me as homo if I just refer to her as HOT?
