Tahkyn learns that his plan to become a super secret agent for the World Authority has a downside. All new recruits are required to partake in the messenger service before they can become fully fledged agents.
The messenger service is a tactical unit that delivers messages from authority headquarters to the field agents. It is a physically demanding job requiring the message to be hand delivered because the World Authority knows all to well how easy it is to hack technology, and shy away from using electronic gadgetry while promoting its use among their enemies.
