A new comic by me! Yay! Or maybe not, I don't know. That's really up to you. I like this one, though. But that's because I know the scale in which this little plot line will traverse.
The comic done by Trevor last week has inspired me to write another plot line that will follow these detectives trying to determine the cause of death for our dear Metal Head, Mick. And I must say, every time I think of the explanation, I giggle a little.
But then again, I'm usually half drunk when that happens.
There are two references in this one that I'm pretty content with. There's the obvious CSI: Miami reference that everyone should pick up on, and then there's the Horatio-esque one-liner that is referencing Quiet Riot, which may be a little more obscure.
I've also gone back to the less-cartoony way of drawing the comic, for some reason that I cannot explain. I'm just weird like that.
Yes, Metal Health truly drove him mad, but it was time for him to Cum On Feel the Noize. When you're driving a Slick Black Cadillac, you may discover that Love's a Bitch and it will leave you Breathless, and (much like Mick) you'll try to Run for Cover but your head will go through the wall like a Battle Axe. When you're thinking to yourself, "Let's Get Crazy" don't forget how Mick drove his face like a Thunderbird who thought the window was open.
