I've had this idea for a year now… and with the teacher layoffs of a couple of weeks ago (while money gets funneled into other less important things), well… it seemed quite appropriate.

Hmm. Because Bush was the one who drove us into the recession in 2007 that took Obama well into the beginning of his second term to fix.
