Hey guys, be sure to check out the new Eskimo Dave at http://www.drunkduck.com/Eskimo_Dave/ Today features the first episode drawn by new Dave artist David Schlotterback, who will be filling every other arc for Mike Hartigan.
Hey Platinum Dan,
Here's the blog I posted on December 11 in which I explain why we opted to make "Omega Chase" into a webcomic: http://www.comicbloc.com/blogs/capt_dallas/omega_chase_announcement
Keith wrote up a whole message that you can read about why we had to stop publishing it. Keith if you come on later, maybe you can post it? Unfortunately it all boiled down to the numbers just not being there for the series and no one could offer a print run that would handle the orders without ridiculous cost behind it.
Platinum Dan, all, thanks much for your kind comments. Stopped publishing it for several unexpected reasons; but who knows what the future holds. I'm happy though that it at least comes out online. About favorite lines in the book, I love the friendly one in page 12. I gues you'll like it too. Coming soon :)
Hey all,
As always, thanks for the comments! I AGONIZE over dialogue... to the point where I get fed up and become convinced that all I've written is incomprehensible drek!
So when I see that someone actually enjoyed a particular line of dialogue, I'm quite relieved.
For my creator commentary on Mack's love interest, Beth Cahill, just out my latest blog: http://www.th3rdworld.com/th3rdworldblog/?p=67

Hey, guys. Really, really nice stuff. How come you stopped publishing this? The quality is amazing, both writing and art.

Who needs guns? I reckon Beth could have killed him at 20 paces with nothing but an icy stare!

That is one of my favorite lines in the series.

I agree with Brock, that deader line is funny.

Love the dialogue on this page. For some reason "He's deader than he was before" tickles the right bone for me.
