Well, it is of course an honor to have been chosen as 1Q's colorist. I hope to be able to stick around for a long while, but regardless of the length of my stay, I'll put my very best effort into every page. =D

For those of you who are reading One Question from the start, I know my coloring style is a bit of a jolt after Cheeko's wonderful coloring style, but It's not my intention to turn these pages into a personal display of prowess. My goal is only to compliment the artist's work. As time goes by, I'm sure I'll adapt and mesh more easily into the mold that has been set for me.

(After all, I am just as much of an avid 1Q fan as everyone else!) =3

And finally, let me just say that all of those who submitted coloring samples had just as much of a chance of winning as I did. Cheeko will tell you it was a tough decision, and I believe it, knowing I was upagainst such steep competition. Good work to you all.

Here it is! The first official page with the new colorist's beautiful work, and that colorist is none other than the amazing Anthony Koro!! Be sure to check out his comic Lifeblood. :D

Guys, it was an incredibly difficult decision. I got so many beautiful works from so many talented artists that I was quite literally biting my nails and staring at my screen as I flipped from one page to another. For your pleasure, I've put all the submitted colors here for you to check out for yourself:
Modesty => Modesty's Page: I love the cell shading here, especially Narini's hair.
Kevin => Kevin's Page: Kevin made his own hilarious dialogue for this page. I'll upload it on Wednesday for y'all to see!
Wingnut => Wingnut's Page: Dude, check out those awesome sparklies! The sixth panel is my favorite. How did he get that lighting to look so awesome?!
Sarah => Sarah's Page: I'm having trouble uploading this onto my account on Photobucket and on DrunkDuck, so until I can get a working file this page is unviewable. :( But it is very pretty. :)

Hopefully, now y'all have an idea of just how hard it was to decide which person to go with. They're all talented and kind artists; please check out their sites and see more of their stuff.

Anthony may sneak in later and make his own comments, but all I really have to say now is that he already has the inks for the next page. The next update will be on schedule this Friday. I'm sorry it took me so long to update, but we'll try to make it up to you.
