So it seems Deez sent Capt. Mackerel to take care of Ovy and Gala!

Fun fact:This Is one of the characters that i really did not alter too much. with the exception of the fish tail and his henchmens names were originally the mermen. merdudes just sounds more hilarious so i kept it!
