This is Zelda from the webcomic Life's a Witch! Met her online in a few forums.

It's a cool comic about a fairy tale (good) witch. She is also good friends with the tooth faerie, surfs the web with a crystal ball and her main mode of transportation is a vacuum cleaner.

Swikan caught the flu around this time, so her character also got the flu.
