422. Blue Suit

No real reason for this comic except that I was rereading Knightfall and saw that he was wearing the blue batsuit, which prompted me to look at this figure and compare it to the figure (I did that last time I read Knightfall) and this comic popped into my head.

Batman could justify this outfit by saying that he was going through a phaze where he wanted to impress opon the law-abiding public that he was one of the good guys by wearing a less threatening looking version of his suit. But after the public made it clear that they knew he was good and didn'y need the hokey suit, which also wasn't very intimidating to the villains, he went back to his proper suit. Proving the old saying; "Once you go Black you never go back."
