They need to warm George Lucas' heart with a cool island song…or melt his icy heart with a hot island song…Oh…I don't know.

The whole thing about Jump Man not being Mario, but his father stems from a Game Theory episode I saw. I'd believe it. Granted, Mario games never had a continuity, but if they did, it would make sense considering Cranky Kong made multiple references to his days as a video game star. It would stand to reason that Cranky Kong is DK Sr. and the more recent Donkey Kong is DK Jr.
