@Midge -- Yes and no. The issue of resources will be brought up here and there in the comic (this is the industrial revolution we're talking about!,) but the golem-creatures are definitely the bigger problem.

Great page...so is there a struggle in synthetic oil which we are delving into here? Kinda like the Oil "crisis" we are dealing with?
