This was a bit of a sticky wicket for me. In the game, he obviously has to say something for them to know he's there. But since it's not a spoken line I couldn't put it into the comic. The solution.

Well, Ryoji was Pharos and Pharos only ever appeared to MC so it could be argued that Pharos/Ryoji was MC all along. Kinda like a metaphysical Tyler Durden.
