Another reference to Cocos, my favorite restaurant back in Japan. This comic was pretty fun, showing how Akihiko and Mitsuru first met. I put in a Shinji reference even though the game didn't have one because I really felt like he should have somehow been in Akihiko's past. Even if it wasn't much, I would have liked to see him again.

I dunno why, but I really liked Mitsuru's looks in this cutscene more than her older form. Not that I don't like her older form, but the younger one is less intimidating.

As much as I do enjoy the movie airheads, this was not a direct reference to it. Originally it was gonna be mustard but hot sauce was funnier. Then I had the debate between hot sauce and tobasco but tobasco is a brand name and I didn't wanna risk it
