I had to point it out in the first panel but I do find it peculiar that you can access this level of the link while it is indeed raining.

The line in the third panel was originally different, I think it was just something about hitting a cat with frozen peas or something. I forget.

Clearly I liked this line better or I wouldn't have changed it :P
