Special Congratulations are in order to my reader Erk, for figuring this out way back when the comic Down by the River Bank was first released.
This doesn't count as spoilers because I'm not saying what video game this is from :P But it's a really good one…and don't go reading Erk's comment that I just mentioned if you don't wanna know.
This actually sort of breaks one of Teddie's rules because he's not supposed to be able to see stuff like the panels or word bubbles when he's outside of the TV world, but I decided to bend the rule a bit and decide it was ok so long as he was at least in the same panel as it.
