I actually didn't know that you could go to SEBEC and meet with Kandori and Takeda at this point in the game. I only discovered it when watching RedQueeny's walkthrough videos on Youtube (which were VERY helpful)

Oh Kandori...I still have no idea what your significance to the overall plot is since I keep getting roflpwnd by a back attack during a full moon in the "other" St. Hermelin because I only have four party members and two are useless dead weight that sit in the back and just kinda cast random crap for the hell of it.
