In answer to Cc's probing Colin feeds her some general tosh that you'd expect to find in a desert, things he'd seen while walking, and whatever he could remember from the map. It's a mark of Pinky's skill as a leader that she delegated to the right person! She's lucky too that Cc and the driver know the general direction anyway.
Commentary:
I would have been finished earlier here, but my tablet stopped working with my main computer for some reason. I suspect the latest Windows update! Because it works fine with the backup machine, which I prevented from getting that same hateful update. There's nothing I can do to get rid of it, may have to reinstall Windows, gawd what a POS OS! I rushed this pic but it's still a day late. Sorry if it looks weird, I had to install everything on the other computer and I wasn't used to the screen, the colours and all the rest.

Sorry, I'm a day late again this week. I had to reinstall Windows just so my tablet could work and I've lost some needed programs, but at least the Microsoft support staff were VERY helpful! Who'da guessed it?

WOW!! You know, I didnt realize how long I had been away from thd Duck and from webcomics in general. Snap. You have added so much! Ive got lots of reading to get caught up!
