Pokédex Fail

I was always of the opinion that what you see in the games is a representation given by the pokédex. A theory supported by the Pokémon Special Manga. Thus, I'm not really sure glitch pokémon would appear as glitchy blocks, but rather, the pokédex shows them as such.
