I think that you could probably do with some advice.
I'm going to start by being brutally honest. So far, your comic has been terrible.
But here is some advice on how you can improve it.
Unfortunately your comic has so far been a terrible translation of the games. The plot is plain, fast and boring. It moves it inconsistent jumps and there is nothing to interest the reader. Try changing it up a bit, but not in the way you have been doing.
Your main character shouldn't be some sort of super Trainer despite having no experience. His Pokemon are ridiculously overpowered and don't have the right moves. A Ratatta cannot beat a Nosepass with a single Normal move, and you can't tell a Pokemon to do a Critical Hit!
Make sure you actually develop your characters.
When you resize (assuming you use Paint) go to 'Resize/Skew' and in the Resize section use increments of 100(200, 300, etc).
Don't forget to resize your Pokemon, Trainers and backgrounds equally.
Dialogue, Spelling and Grammar are awful. Use proper English and spell check and proof read your work. After all, reading is a important part of any webcomic.
And this may seem a little cruel, BUT YOU ARE NOT FUNNY! You are better off not trying to be.
Please don't be offended by this critique. And please, ACTUALLY TAKE THIS INTO CONSIDERATION! I'm typing this for your sake not mine.
