Like i said, the next comic i will change the text bubbles.
Im a newb on Paint.Net, and all i know to do on it about pokemon, is make a 3d Pokeball, so if anyone can give me tips about it, please tell.

Id say that the best program thats free for pixel art such as this would be Graphics Gale. Thats my suggestion :D
