F16: Mini-Banner #2

Someone asked to have a banner to advertise my comic for HIS comic, and it had to be a certain size, so I made a new one. Not the best of banners, but it's not a lot of space to work with. Stay tuned, though! I'm going to post a comic, too! I wouldn't tease you with an update without an actual comic during this comic famine. That'd be mean.
