Either make FR/LG sprites and use it in an FR/LG background, or get D/P backgrounds and start over in Sinnoh, because you can't keep doing pages like this. It looks ALL wrong. Also, the Dawn thing is a little perverted, BUT it's good practice, so I congratulate you on making that on your newbie status. :D So work on those, and don't get so mad because we ARE trying to help you.
