The second panel has low quality, and the word bubbles could use some MAJOR work, start by making sure the text doesn't touch the edges, and center the text more, use PDN, plus the sprites are bit-mixing, and the effects could use some work. Fix half of that, and I'll give a 5*

I love the Jessie and James sprites!! You should also add Meowth in there too!! ;D

Wow this looks cool. You practically did everything right. Good speech bubbles (I'm liking them a lot!) Centered Text Nice sprite quality I think it'd be cool if you started doing zoom ins.
