Yeah, 2nd upload of the week! Wootz! I had A LOT of fun working with this page. Originally I had all these warp effects that made the city 3D (kind of like Pokemon Contest Challenge) but then it got deleted and I couldn't restore it. But it ended up like this the 2nd time. It's not so bad, right?
