Updates Monday and Thursday
Not quite at midnight on the dot, but here's the new comic.
I redesigned Posted Guy a little… this is more in line with how I first wanted to draw him, although really just his hair changed a little. And his nose, a little. I'm still getting the hang of inking, so the next few strips might be a little rough. Well, who'm I kidding… they're all a little rough. ;)
I'm learning that a less is more approach is really the right way to go, and I'm trying to tone down the liberal use of the pen from the last strip (I think I did a little too much with Beaufort, although it doesn't look too bad shrunk down).
Anyway, we're back to somewhat random humor until I can get another story going.

Roycemarie - the last panel is a riff on the Beaufort Marlowe story that just ended.. for a look at Posted Guy in the dress, check out the page "Dramatic Effect." Thanks everyone for the nice comments. After doing Thursday's strip, I can tell this new "for reals" inking style is going to take some getting used to and a pretty big learning curve. I do like it better than the ballpoint pen, but it's got its own challenges I have to now figure out.

Good page. And you're right, less is always more. Even on really detailed drawings it is often times what isn't drawn that makes the picture!
