Prenna - Flashback 002: Maggie/Nashira

The little Sainin from the start of the first issue, Nashira, was actually one of the characters in volume one, though older. She'd taken the human name of “Maggie”, though…and somewhere along the lines the lizardgirl sort of became my unofficial site mascot.

This was an older piece where I'd just kind of hacked out the inks, but that my friend Savark colored (read: saved) to the point of making it look rather nice.

In the 90s, Savark did colors for a house that worked on Marvel, DC, Acclaim, and Image material, among others, and he was not just one of the colorists, but one of the directors. Unfortunately Savark no longer does colors, but I'm thankful to have had a few pieces of mine colored by him.
