We have another adventure featuring the incomparable Fantomah for the second outing of Public Domain Funnies. This one, however, is not drawn by Fletcher Hanks.

The artist for this piece is working under the alias of “Rambling Mint Julip”. Not much is known about this guy, but there are theories that he was devilishly handsome, a superb athlete, a brilliant chemist, and a real ladykiller. It is also said that he held three phd's. One of them was in Awesomeness.
