Sometimes you need jokes to reveal character's insecurities. I figure Annie worries she has the biggest breasts in the city, but doesn't want to know. Also to make sure a comic doesn't take itself too seriously. Yeah, no superhero alive in the comic is the highest possible power level. There are no A-Class heroes living anymore. They were kind of like demi-gods, way more powerful, and lived for hundreds of years. They also kept their powers for life. The Old Man was the last known A-Class. He's probably the equivalent of this universe's Superman. He has a whole backstory I haven't included yet. He lived from about 1500 to 1952, when he and the Soviet A-Class fought it out. He won, but they both died after the fight.
