Usually the biggest problem with Zoe's power-set is that she may gain the appearance and powers of someone else, but does she also gain the years of experience that went into learning to manage those abilities? How many trenches got plowed into the fields and forests around Smallville, KA as Clark was learning how to fly and not crash? If she steals Superman's powers, would she automatically know HOW to perform high-speed aerobatics without crashing into some of the many skyscrapers scattered around Metropolis? She would more likely become an air-navigation hazard to all other aircraft and even to anything airborne, like birds. What about the various vision powers that Kryptonians have on Earth, like heat vision, x-ray vision, microscopic vision, telescopic vision, etc. She glances at a guy with x-ray vision to see what he looks like undressed (Man, he's hot!) and she turns on heat vision and burns off his clothes instead; yup he's hot! Now put him out.
