PAGE FIFTEEN (Six Panels)
Panel 1. Zoom in a bit. NICK, now visibly rattled and angered by his newfound circumstance, has picked up the clothes that were hanging on the chair.
NICK: THAT’S IT! I’VE HAD IT!
NICK: CAN’T JUST SIT HERE WONDERIN’ WHAT TO DO. THIS ALL STARTED AT THE SHOP…
NICK: …SO WE’LL GO BACK TO THE SHOP.
Panel 2. Medium shot. NICK has cleaned himself up, and is again wearing his street clothes. He’s standing in front of his bedroom mirror affixing a bandana (folded in a strip) around his head.
CAPTION: ONE QUICK CHANGE LATER…
NICK (Thought): WELL, I CAN’T JUST GO OUT WITH THIS DAMN ROCK IN THE MIDDLE OF MY FOREHEAD. FOR ONE THING, IT’S JUST GROSS. AND IT MAY ATTRACT TOO MUCH ATTENTION.
NICK (Thought): TIME FOR A LITTLE COVER-UP…
Panel 3. Zoom in a little. NICK is looking, slightly repulsed, at himself in the mirror. He’s wearing the bandana much like Sylvester Stallone in “Rambo,†as a straight band around the forehead.
NICK: YIEEUCH!
NICK: WAY TOO FRANK STALLONE.
Panel 4. Same angle. NICK has taken off the bandana and is adjusting it a little.
Panel 5. Same angle. NICK looks approvingly at the bandana he’s put back on, this time more over his head, like a biker.
NICK: BETTER!
Panel 6. Wide Shot. NICK is leaving his apartment, wearing the bandana and a black leather coat.
