MKS_Monsters: My hope is to show that it shouldn't be frightening. Just having knowledge of what we are doing can be helpful in understanding that we don't HAVE to look at it as a fear-response. We can be free to do what we want to do and fulfill our highest excitement.

I agree. Live within your means and save for what you want. Credit cards destroyed us as a society. Being tethered to mortgages and loans that screwed us badly. we learn to love our things we work so hard for that we are afraid to lose them.
