Err... you have a comic, but no idea for plot? That definitely does not bode well for you. What I would suggest, since you clearly do not have one a plot, is to just experiment with a handful of characters over a few story arcs. Eventually after enough smal stroy arcs, youll have come up with a plot. Also, your megaman recolor looks a lot better when put against megaman backgrounds. The metroid one was way to dark for it.

How about a war between Dark Universe and the Normal Universe. And the robot masters want to fight the Dark Universe because Wily wants to rule the universe first, not the Dark Universe.
