Good day to all!!!
This will be the last in the series of food. Not forever, because food is one of the major points to culture shock, so there will be some more food comics in the future. Just the last in this stretch of comics about food… well you know!!
I give no excuses, other than being very busy… so Japan Q&A will be late this week. I hope tomorrow, Saturday the latest.
In hot comic news: Melvin has his first cameo in another comic! That’s right! (well so does a lot of people here) It’s Zorphbert and Fred ‘s 100th page! This is some funny poop! So do yourself a favor and check it out (you’ll be glad that you did)!
Oh! I’m finally getting the hang of this WACOM. Now I think it looks very close to my brush pen. For references go here , here , or here .

I love Pretz. But I only get the tomato ones.... the rest look.... scary...

So are these salty breadsticks or what? We have something like that here, but I haven't seen it in other flavors than the normal... I'd try the green tea one, but the squid one really DOES seem like dare food.

I love Wasabi coated peanuts. You can actually buy them here in the US. But you can only eat so many before your mouth goes numb.

Wait, they spilled the cheese with fish eggs? Sinners they are, those pretz.
Daf42 at 3:44AM, Sept. 22, 2007
Haha dare foods indeed

Bah.
popenfresh at 11:06AM, Sept. 20, 2007
At least it beats a chocolate-beer-caramel-mint-pretzle-broccoli combo. ^^
TheMidge28 at 8:18AM, Sept. 20, 2007
I agree with antcomics...when watching a game and drinkin' a beer what you munch really is arbitrary...the wasabi sounds actually good. I have had these wasabi coated peas...I really like them!
antcomics at 7:39AM, Sept. 20, 2007
After a few beers, thsy might not be so bad...
Insizwa at 4:58AM, Sept. 20, 2007
Oh, I hate wasabi. It's not that it's spicey, it just tastes gross.
Ersatz at 3:31AM, Sept. 20, 2007
Green Tea flavoured?? The others are weird enough, but GREEN TEA? Bizarre, although I would like to try them I must admit! :)
crocty at 3:10AM, Sept. 20, 2007
He's already eaten Wasabii...
Anubis at 1:41AM, Sept. 20, 2007
ohhhhhh some of those sounds interesting
Masq at 1:38AM, Sept. 20, 2007
Ha ha ha ha! Only in Japan! The green tea and squid actually sound appetizing.
draxenn at 12:30AM, Sept. 20, 2007
i'll try virtually anything once. I say virtually because i absolutely will not anything that is still alive and squirming on my eating utensil. So i'd totally try spicy squid crackers once. twice if i liked em.
Peipei at 11:48PM, Sept. 19, 2007
I would go for the green tea one, since i can't eat cheese xD lol
floodgatemartyr at 10:20PM, Sept. 19, 2007
Wow, bleh, but I agree, I'd try them just to satiate my curiousity!
Terminal at 10:13PM, Sept. 19, 2007
I'd try Tarako and Cheese, wasabi, and bitter green tea just to see what they taste like. ...spicy squid? Not so much.
