anko or unko
n_y_japlander on April 12, 2009
Anko is great!!! It is like the sweet form of refried beans! Baked in some dough nuts, mochi, or even with ice cream…
Unko, would be the aftermath of the anko… and you would get a very firm NO to have it with any of my food!!!
*The 400th comment was made by machinehead…. there will be more chances for everyone in the future!!!

slimredninja at 2:20PM, April 14, 2009
Unko sounds like a card game.
Chromium Dreams at 3:28AM, April 14, 2009
That daifuku looks pretty good... think I'll take a stab of making a few.
ghostrunner at 10:13PM, April 13, 2009
hey it all goes in the bowl
mattchee at 8:01PM, April 13, 2009
Hmm... One poop please. I, in my library working days (I have a million of these, many related to the bathroom), had a pal who directed a patron (who was desperately holding it) to the MAP room when they asked for the bathroom. They weren't too happy. Not too funny, but vaugely appropriate. I should make a strip about these.. hehehe
rufus_edge at 7:03PM, April 13, 2009
I-go, u-go, we all go for unko.
Gabe Puratekuta at 5:04PM, April 13, 2009
Mmmmm, anko sounds wonderful right about now!
machinehead at 4:36PM, April 13, 2009
I like unko in my doughnuts. Don't judge me.
armandoB at 12:34PM, April 13, 2009
lmao. thanks. i'll remember that if i'm ever in Japan
Bocaj at 10:51AM, April 13, 2009
lol! Nice.
Jonko at 8:49AM, April 13, 2009
Wow, a non-Japanese person that likes anko!? That's really rare! A bunch of my halfie friends even have problems with the stuff (Unlike me, I love the stuff, not the unko... the anko...)
Anubis at 7:37AM, April 13, 2009
ohhhhh like in Aussie theres a difference between Stubbies and Stubbies (never confuse the two)
Niccea at 6:17AM, April 13, 2009
Trying to remember, are there any words that are different based on inflection? I learned a few Chinese words once and I know that depending how you pronounce the "a" in "ma," you can say horse, mother, and I think there was one other word...that was four years ago...
TheMidge28 at 6:17AM, April 13, 2009
no to unko yes to anko what does inko mean?
usedbooks at 5:50AM, April 13, 2009
Lol. My dad told me of similar word mix-ups when he lived in Nepal.
Flup at 4:04AM, April 13, 2009
Hehehe... that would certainly get people looking at you strangely.
harryq at 1:10AM, April 13, 2009
That was quite interesting and entertaining.
Stickfodder at 1:03AM, April 13, 2009
I can understand how that would cause some confusion. Then again I can see how it could be fun to know some Japanese and play around with it like that.
