too many people suffer from hey-fever here in Japan… from early March to late June you will see people with masks on, and you will even see some with totally fogged over glasses, trying to wear their masks and glasses at the same time….
Early March I saw a guy reading a news paper while wearing a mask with totally fogged over glasses…. or I would guess “pretending” to read the paper…
