the whole crack about the japanese lawsuits is due to the fact that the relik suits seem to fight like certain cartoon and manga characters. the hero is attempting to add 'heroic quips' to the fight but can only think of stuff from those types of shows. this confuses the villain enough to make him drop his guard

Yay you! And yay me, since once again I managed to catch up! Fantastic job, both writing- and art-wise... having the two flashbacks (Relik's and Ztranx's backstories) right after another was tough to pull off, and the fact that the whole fourth act turned out be THAT talky - and now it seems like the complete opposite, although there's some great dialogue thrown into these fight scenes too. What can I say, I'm loving it either way. Echoing fukujinzuke, the effects are mind-boggling, some of the greatest I've seen in webcomics. And if there's no explanation regarding "Japanese lawsuits" in the next page, then I'm at a loss too! ^^;
