Lemme guess - that her dad? 'Cause they look a lot alike - looking at hair colour and the nose structure, mainly. The face shape itself is different, but a good bit of that could be because hers is still rounded with that youthful look. Also, I don't know many coaches who would offer to pay for your living expenses ...;-)

Ick, yeah, I didn't see before how that gutter might break it up. I should read left to right, as opposed to up and down. Midge, it's actually posted as written, I didn't want it to sound too formal, from a gruff coach, but maybe for the sake of clarity I'll add it in. Hmmmm....thanks for the keen eyes! echoing what Lemni said, the flow should go from left to right in most comics...I had to reread the panels to understand...apart from the at the dialogue is well written and the art is great. I think the word "it" is missing from the guys balloon in the forth panel.

The vertical gutter in the top half is a little disturbing, because it implies that you have to read top to bottom on the left, then top to bottom on the right.
