Normally, the title was going to be called “Chaos Reborn” but nah. What Rouge meant by “How did that defeat feel?”, was that since she's been defeated by Knuckles several times, she wanted to know if Chaos, being defeated by Sonic twice, had that “feeling”. I guess Chaos understanded her feelings, so he doesn't attack her.
