Incase you people don't know why the Chaos Emeralds are in one area, is that if you go back to where Super Sonic defeated Perfect Chaos, the Emeralds didn't scatter all over the place. Instead, they sank beneath the water. Now that the water has receded, Rouge was able to find three Emeralds easliy.
