Mistranslations speak louder than words. Gates just got Engrish'd like an imported pre-release Harry Potter DVD.
Asukim at 5:25PM, Aug. 11, 2009
I always do this when I'm bored or supposed to be working on something lol. I one time typed in "I saw a man walk by me" and after like five translations came out as "A stalker saw me on the road" freaky stuff. no wonder people are always mad at other countries lol
Rustychipmunk at 12:05PM, July 29, 2009
Gates is great with words isn't he?
Amelius at 11:50AM, July 29, 2009
Way to go, I was supposed to be working on my comic and instead I just spent the day reading your archives. I regret nothing!!! Bill Gates is the shovel that frees us from the avalanche?
HiNaTa_fan_13 at 6:32AM, July 29, 2009
hehehe!
harkovast at 5:55AM, July 29, 2009
Strangely, I found the final version a lot more profound then the original.
Gillespie at 5:30AM, July 29, 2009
Um.... lol.
Emily Elizabeth at 3:43AM, July 29, 2009
Actually it all most seems like you put in something Bill Gates said and what you get out is what he meant.
BffSatan at 12:25AM, July 29, 2009
Yeah I love playing with google translate, I put Rick roll through it once and "We're no stranger to love, you know the rules and so do I, A full commitment is what I'm thinking of, you wouldn't get this from any other guy," became "We are no stranger to love You and I know the rules In my view, 007 You can all the other"
patoborracho at 11:13PM, July 28, 2009
eso si es cierto, por ejemplo trata tú de traducir esto que estoy diciendo y va a salir todo mal traducido tal vez sepas spanish pero el inglish is fucking hard para undestanding
The Gravekeeper at 10:40PM, July 28, 2009
I am one of "the people who are interested in an avalanche" and would like very much to know "how to get free".
LeoDrake at 10:39PM, July 28, 2009
Idioms: the hardest thing to translate in any language.
Ka_rin at 10:24PM, July 28, 2009
