This one was only a day late. I still am in the bad habit of procrastinating, but it seems to be improving.
New character! Just so you know, Tempest doesn't actually look like this; this is just what Felam and Rose think he looks like based on what they know of him and what they've seen on tv. His power is controlling the wind.
