That is one shiny hangar bay floor!
And that wraps up this little crossover from Nepath. Thanks goes out to the guest writer for filling us all in on SHELL's unexpected “contribution” to the Hunt for Energize.
Who could've suspected that about a year later after this moment, the commander goes blonde, Nemesis decides haircuts are no longer fashionable, and Energize would face off against… well, you can read up on that last part for yourself.
Okay, so it'll be a couple of weeks until I return from Japan to resume comic pages. Heroes Alliance should be rolling about now (Mondays and Thursdays). I have a few pages on there, and it's a great team of writers and artists putting that together, so please do check it out if you haven't already!

Macattack: That is a very good question, and I think that the Nemesis transformation would depend entirely on the author's desired angle for that chapter's story. If I were writing that, I'd say that Nemesis would gain mystic/magic-based abilities, which is something that science can't account for (SHELL's primary basis of strategy in terms of dealing with threats).

so... if Nemesis looked into Shell's eyes would he really be able to accomplish anything? considering Shell uses his suit not natural powers...

I have to agree with Dan - seeing the Commander's gorgeous ol' classic self does make me a bit melancholic. Anyway, great chapter.

I didn't see that coming at all, that was a good twist Nepath did :D, and of course awesome artwork from Fuku.
