Before the Internet

A few weeks ago I posted a comic titled “Whoops,” where I made fun of myself accidentally drawing the same comic series twice. Well, this is the third part of that series. Same conversation, but different actions. I preferred the idea of Mad M cooking food for each of them and enjoying a dinner together while talking, so I went with this art instead.
Now to figure out what I'm going to do with the other three strips, which simply consisted of them talking over the Internet.

That one was made in 6 weeks and it was more of a "straw that broke the camel's back" thing

I did read on this a lot, it was due to overabandunce of console and lack of quality control, it culminated with this game and after that it was hard for consumers to trust anything called a video game again, it was an interesting time to learn about

There are some games or movies that can be considered franchise killers... but very few that have the title of "industry killer." "E.T. the Extraterrestrial" is one of these. It pretty much knocked the United States out of the gaming market until Microsoft released the Xbox. Those interested in gaming history should look this up - you might be surprised. And yes, I lived through it. I'm that old.
