Constructive Criticism

I've read somewhere that, of all the people why want to write a book, less than five percent of those actually do it. And out of those that finish a book, less than 2 percent ever get published.

I'm hoping to be one of that two percent someday. I've written about a dozen books, but have yet to get one published. Not even self-published. I think it would be best if I had an agent, though. Any suggestions would be appreciated!
