Prologue II (P40/Final)

At last we come to the end of our prologue. Poor Aria, our prologue girl did not have a good night and suffered terribly at the hands of a monster. But now that the prologue is over, at a whopping 40 pages too, it's time to delve into the real story!

Nice! You established a good atmosphere and a sense of danger here. Also it's good that no one saved her (like the traditional cliche XD) so we don't feel like safe in this world ;)

Thanks. Yeah Aria's had it rough and I've had to do the Prologue many times which means she's died many times, often in different ways. Originally she's stabbed to death (relatively off screen as here) but with guts flying everywhere. In another version she has her lower mouth graphically ripped off, though not guts that time. Hard to say if that's better or worse. And now she's got her death here, organs ripped out of the back. Pretty bad and at one point I was going to have the Demon rip out her spine. Regardless though, there's one certainty of the prologue. Aria Hitomi will die screaming. Truly I am a horrible person. Haha.
