Where we've got to: In the secret Cold War era laboratory complex beneath the frozen wastes of darkest Russia, arch vampire Count Rastov has resurrected Stalin and they have directed rogue agent Lance Stirling to activate a backup missile control console that will launch fiery nuclear death upon the world… because that's what monsters do. Agent Babs Kensington, guarded by two of Count Rastov's vampire minions, can only watch with a rising sense of horror as events unfold.
