I'm using Garry's Mod. If you've never heard of it, it's basically a sandbox game that lets you build contraptions and create scenes using props and characters from most Source engine games (In this case, I'm using models from Valve's Team Fortress 2). If you meant image editing software though, I'm mostly just arranging the panels and adding text in MS paint, 'cause I'm poor and can't afford Photoshop :P
