#001: Introduction to Sprites and Fan Characters Part 1

Black Madness on April 29, 2015

Welcome everyone, this is my brand new comic that I will be making. It's a parody sprite comic that pokes fun at video game and cultural lore…and among other things that are worth making fun of. This is not a comic that has a storyline, it's just comic strips that you just wanna have fun reading. It's like reading the comics in the newspaper. Because of this, I hope the nature of the comic would please casual readers as well. ALSO THIS COMIC IS NOT MEANT TO ATTACK OR OFFEND ANYONE, IT'S JUST PARODY SO HAVE A LITTLE SENSE OF HUMOR. Now that that's out of the way:
The introduction is split into 3 parts which is most likely the only thing that's gonna have an extended “storyline” with multiple pages because I didn't want to make one huge comic page. When I first started making sprite comics here at what used to be called “DrunkDuck” 4 years ago with Robot Bandits there was an abundance of sprite comics at the time. A majority of them were Sonic the Hedgehog comics, those were the popular ones. My comic Robot Bandits was also a Sonic comic. A lot of comics didn't make any sense, even my own comic made no sense when I reread it but I made them because they were fun to do.
If you look up Sonic fan characters whether it be DeviantArt or other sprite comics, a lot of them have overpowered moves. They all say they are faster than Sonic, stronger than Knuckles, yada yada yada..They also had an edgy, dark, depressing background which I found really funny.
The introduction pokes fun at Sonic sprite comics and Sonic fan characters.
