Poor R.E.D. being shocked painfully.The acronym's meaning is that Recon stands for the possible mass production of R.E.D.'s design and use as military spearheads.And the exploration part is R.E.D.'s possible use as a peaceful explorer of alien worlds and other hostile enviroments.

Definitely better, but that beam definitely needed some trimming to get rid of that white aura. Since you'll most likely never use it again, I don't have much else to say about it. But *siren sounds*? Come on, man. You could do better. :P
