Well, there it is - the last page of this chapter! And I know most of you clever types have already worked out exactly who Boo is but - for anyone who hasn't - that's your last clue right there in Panel 6! (Oh, and don't worry if you haven't guessed yet. We're going to tell you in the next chapter anyway!)
Reminder: Oh, and if you didn't check out the BVC Scrap Book at the weekend, we posted the last page of my childhood travesty DajbDevil on Friday. Yes, the whole comic is now online … (Sorry about that!)

I can't wait to see Red and the Shaman interacting with each other. I also hope the kid is okay. He looks a litle pissed in that last frame.

seventy2: Absolutely! Ark/Midge: Bedlam, here, isn't directly linked to the asylum but obviously the name is meant to conjure up images of reckless insanity. Plus, the name has a particular resonance for me because I was born in Bethnal Green, a part of the East End where the lunatics from Bedlam were paraded for the amusement of the public. (Not in my lifetime, you understand!) The name "Bethnal" is in fact derived from Bedlam. Midge: Thanks, from both of us! Keeping the dialogue "real" in the face of increasingly "unreal" developments, was very much the challenge I set myself! cs3: Thanks! Abt: So do I. Boo's hair just seems to light up every page she's on!

Oh dear, that's not "Bedlam" as in the infamous insane asylum is it? I mean I knew these guys were bad news, but a cult centered around an insane asylum sounds like the recklessly dangerous doomsday fanatic kind of evil organization, and there always ~so~ hard to negotiate with. On the other hand, I hear that institution's got an excellent reputation these days.

fantastic! The Cult of Bedlam...hmmm.... interesting. I the down to earth tone of your writing is what I find most impressive DAJB. You do such a great job writing this story and making it feel real even if the elements seem so out there. ans Harsho does great too!

Wa-hoo, great ending to this chapter. I'm thinking things are going to be amped up next chapter. Really, chariot riding is so much more sophisticated than Taxi riding.
